Igbo Highlife music is still doing really well, and that’s thanks to the brilliant talent of Chinasa Joshua Orakwue, who everyone knows as Chief Dr. Aronwanteje on stage.

So, this fella comes from Anambra State, in the Oyi area to be exact, and he’s just released a brilliant new album called “Odinanwa Na Okoh (Special).”

 Who made it: It was produced by Uchebazz Studio, and they’re based in Onitsha.

This album’s all about showing off how great Igbo culture and music are, mixing the old traditional sounds with some newer stuff. It’s spot on if you’re after some cheerful music that really speaks to you.
